BROTHERHOOD LODGE #3-5-7''S EXCITING MEETING! We encourage you to ATTEND YOUR NEXT MEETING OF BROTHERHOOD LODGE #3-5-7 on Saturday, March 23rd at your NEW HOME at Carmel Lodge #421, F & A M in Carmel, IN. The Grand Council will be in session at 10:30 am followed by the Rathbone Celebration at 1:00 pm sharp! There are currently 7 candidates signed up...so we need your ritualistic help and expertise! If you have not paid your dues...we can take care of it that day! 2013 dues are PAST DUE - $20. Remember...we always eat at 6pm and meet at 7 at our regular stated meetings. Look for an announcement soon about a new meeting night!! This will be a VERY informative meeting!! BE THERE and voice your opinion!! WE HAVE MORE PETITIONS COMING FOR THE RATHBONE CELEBRATION! Lodge was duly opened in the stated convention with the following Officers present:

The roll call of officers was called and absentees noted.

The minutes of the last convention were read and approved.

The following Brothers and their families were reported sick or in distress:

The Relief Committee had no report.

The were the following Applications received.: Mr. Wilfredo A. Geronimo,11229 Arborwood Trail, Carmel, IN 46032; Mr. Nathan Howard, 12519 Timber Creek Dr Apt #4, Carmel, IN 46032; Mr. Stephen Crago, 10087 Palmaire Place, Fishers, IN 46038; Mr. Wayne Hansen, 5200 Westwood Dr, Carmel, IN 46033; Mr. Sebastian Borowski, 13671 Oliver Lane, Carmel, IN 46034. They were all endorsed by Matt Hawkins and Michael Payne. The investigating committee of Richard Messer, Jerry Weilenman and Richard Neal was named.

A motion by Ralph Willis and 2nd by Denny Adams to treat all applicants as one ballot. Motion carried.

Following a special dispensation by District Deputy Grand Chancellor William Keith Goff, Jr, the Investigating Committee had the following report. The investigating committee consisting of Richard Messer, Jerry Weilenman and Richard Neal on the applications of Mr. Wilfredo A. Geronimo, Mr. Nathan Howard, Mr. Stephen Crago, Mr. Wayne Hansen and Mr. Sebastian Borowski returned a favorable report. The ballot was spread and Wilfredo Geronimo, Nathan Howard, Stephen Crago, Wayne Hansen and Sebastian Borowski were elected to membership in this lodge by initiation.

Communications:

The following bills were presented, allowed and orders drawn for the same:

Old business: None

New business: Following a lengthy discussion, a motion by Dennis Adams and 2nd by Michael Payne that Brotherhood Lodge #3-5-7 move to Carmel, Indiana to the Carmel #421 Masonic Lodge Hall effective with the March 23rd meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

Good of the Order: Brethren agreed to host the Rathbone Celebration for the grand Lodge at Carmel Masonic Lodge #421 in Carmel, IN on March 23rd. A meal will be provided after the Ranks. Several aspects of that meeting were discussed tonight.

There were 6 Brotherhood Knights and 2 Crescens Knights present

The lodge closed in the Rank of Knight and opened in the Rank of Page. The lodge then recessed in the Rank of Page until Saturday, March 23rd at 1pm at Carmel, IN and the Rathbone Celebration.
